This New Year's Eve with Freddy as our anchor, we are celebrating International Peace! If you would like to dress up in a different ethnic costume, please do! We will even have costume party prizes! In fact, feel free to come decked out as an "Atherton American," the Freddy Clark hit single! The Wobbly World Orchestra represents countries from around the globe. Let's have some fun! From the Mediterranean to the Far East through Europe and Latin America - - be as creative as you feel! Fantastic New Year's Eve Package Oak City Bar and Grill is offering a wonderful evening package for $100 per person. This includes: A special stellar menu - a six-course meal Mulled wine Sparkling wine at midnight All New Year's Eve party favors Reserve early to secure your table preference. Credit card required. We also have a special A La Carte menu available from 5pm to 7pm. Freddy Clarke and his Acoustic Guitar accompanies dinner. Enjoy your dinner accompanied by the phenomenal talent of Freddy's magic fingers as he delights us from 9pm to 10pm with his Classical and Spanish guitar. You may know about  Donald Johanson, the world famous paleoanthropologist who discovered the “Missing Link” in the 1970’s.  Don and I have been friends for a decade and recently reconnected to talk about his new book, “Lucy’s Legacy:  The Quest for Human Origins,” and my new song “Lucy.”

Lucy the Song has literally exploded my world!  Don’s historic discovery, Lucy the Skeleton, is featured in the human origins exhibit in Times Square , New York City.  And it gets more amazing – my song, “Lucy” is playing at that exhibit for literally thousands of viewers every day through October 25, 2009!
